Responsibilities of Location Manager -
- Prevention of potential frauds, screening, and sampling of loan/ credit card applications
- Using scorecards and sampling strategies to identify the potential fraud cases
- Review verification reports of sampled cases in the loan origination stage
- Scrutiny of discrepant documents submitted by the applicant for availing of the loan
- Investigate discrepant cases to identify the involvement of the applicant
- Do proper customer and merchant investigations and take disputes to logical ends by way of recommending credit or liability etc.
- Detection of portfolio frauds and recovery
- Pre-disbursal checks on payment business products like credit/ debit
- To identify the root cause and provide a resolution within the time defined
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines circulated from the central office.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For the Location Manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,000 per month approximately.
