Responsibilities - - Ensure to get recovery of incorrect ADMs raised by the airline/ supplier
- All ADMs which are debited to clear-trip by airline or vendor have to be identified and necessary steps have to be taken to reduce the errors
- Focus on the reduction of ADM by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Revisit process documentation to identify or fix any process gaps
- Coordinate with the business team/ technology team to ensure the smooth functioning of ticketing
- Any other additional task is given by the management team
- Ensure positive outcomes with every interaction
- Maintain integrity and hygiene with all customer and internal interactions.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For the Senior Executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 40,800 - 55,800 per month approximately.
