✓Role and Responsibilities:

•Ensure that all the crew rosters are planned follow to DGCA regulations as well as the Indigo Airlines defined policies. 

•The complexity of maintaining these planned rosters, especially with large crew numbers will form the most challenging aspect of this position.

•Manage good communication with internal and external vendors to make sure the smooth delivery of crew rosters while coordinating with multiple crew bases and a centralized planning team.

•Give Feedback to the optimization team for revisiting certain parameters for optimum crew productivity.

•Provide timely feedback and escalations to respective stakeholders/managers to ensure seamless execution of plans.

Ensure crew queries are replied to with correct information.

•Provide regular feedback and escalations to respective stakeholders/managers to ensure seamless execution of plans.

•Able to present data to team, managers, and above.
